1) Nowpora\Khowji bazar ,khanyar ,Srinagar : Khawaja Abdul Hakim Kashmiri ( d.Sylhet) was an administrator of Kahshmir during Mughal era
And when Bengal came under Mughal rule in 1612, Abdul Hakim Khawaja kashmiri was posted in Sylhet division of Bengal . Till 1905 , the region of Bengal included Bihar,Orissa and chhota Nagpur .

2) He had daughter Asuri khanam and she got married to his rekative ,Abdul Qadir kashmiri Khawaja .Khawajas & khans were jagirdars of Kashmir during Shahmiri era hence this jagir in middle of city of Srinagar was known after their tribe ” Khanyaar” .

The couple had 3 sons Abdul wahab,Molvi Abdullah Khawaja and Abdullah hakim Khawaja.
Molvi Abdullah got married with daughter of Abdul Saleem Khawaja .

3) Khanyar,Srinagar is named after same tribe of Khan’s .

4) The history of this Khawaja family goes back to about the year 1730 when two brothers – Khwaja Abdul Wahab and Khwaja Abdullah – arrived in Dhaka directly from Kashmir, and settled in a part of old Dhaka known as Begum Bazaar. It is quite obvious that they traveled this long distance in search of their fortune.

5) The elder brother, Khwaja Abdul Wahab, went into business, straightaway, while the younger brother, Khwaja Abdullah, who was a very pious and a learned man, started preaching to the local people the rules and various disciplines of the teachings of Islam. It must have been for this reason that he was addressed as “Moulvi Abdullah”.

6) Molvi Abdullah had six children’s ,among them was Ahsanullah Khawaja kashmiri (d.1995).Khawaja,Khawa Aleemullah ,Molvi Hafeezullah , Khawaja Abdul Rahim , Khawaja Abdul Karim , Khawaja azim and Khawaja Ahsanullah ( now see Ahsanullah & Hafeezullah)

7) Ahsanullah Khawaja married Fatima khanam
and had 5 children’s – Khawaja attikullah ,Khawaja Samiullah Kashmiri , Khawaja Aleemullah Kashmiri ,
among was reviver of ummah ,Samiullah Khawaja kashmiri ( Founder of All India Muslim league) who shaped and revived political system of Muslim world along with Sir Syed Ahmed Ahmed Khan ( next part on him) .

8) Khawaja Ahsan ullah Kashmiri was friend of Sona ullah Shawl ,the care- taker of Khawaja Naqshbandi shrine .In 1886 Nawab of Dhaka Sir Khwaja Ahsanullah, whose ancestors were from Kashmir, sent money that was used for major renovation of the present building of the shrine.(Kashur Encyclopedia کاشر انسایکلوپیڈیا Volume II. 9) Whereas Khawaja Hafeezullah kashmiri married unknown & had one son Khawaja Abdul gafar Khawaja .

10 ) Khawaja Abdul Gani Grandson of Aleemullah and son of Aleemullah Kashir :

Khawaja Abdul Gani extended his business & took control of most of jagirs of Dhaka – was vested with the personal title of Nawab in 1875, which was made hereditary in 1877

12) Khawaja Ghani Kashmiri constructed roads ,hospitals ,colleges in Dhaka and along with he contributed to renovation of Nehr e zubeida ,canal traversing through jazirat tul Arab

Other contribution :

Before Kashmiri Khawaja came to Dhaka ,Thomas Bowrey, a British merchant sailor, visited Dhaka in the 1670s. In his book, A Geographical Account of Countries Round the Bay of Bengal .He mentions “City of Dhaka is a very large, spacious one, but stands on low, marshy, swampy ground, and the water of that ground is very brackish, which is the only inconvenience”

13) Dhaka University founder : They donated their palace Ishrat Manzil, for the establishment of the Dhaka University and moved to other house .

14 ) Established Participative democracy : Khwaja Abdul Ghani the Khwaja family for the first time developed interest in the politics and social works of the country. He also organised Dhaka people into panchayet mahallas, which was endorsed by the British.

15 ) Kashmiri Khawaja introduced gaslights, water works, newspaper, and the zoological garden to Dhaka.

16 ) Khawaja Ghani Kashmiri donated Rs 35 thousand for the construction of Buckland Bund, Rs 20 thousand for the renovation of husaini dalan, Rs 10 thousand for the construction of the road leading to the tomb of shah ali baghdadi, Rs 25 thousand to build a Female Ward in the Mitford Hospital, Rs 10 thousand for the victims of the famine of 1867, Rs 10 thousand for the victims of flood in 1885, Rs 10 thousand to the Lady Dufferin Relief Fund, Rs 20 thousand for the wounded soldiers of the Russo-Turkish war (1877), Rs 20 thousand for the victims of the earthquake in Kashmir, and Rs 40 thousand for the renovation of Nahr-i-Zubaida at Makka

Kashmiris are founder of All India Muslim Muslim League : Khawaja Salimullah kashmiri .


17) Khawaja Salimullah kashmiri ( KSK hence forth) was first person ( مجدد سیاسیۃ) from sub-continent who revived the politicle outlook of Muslim world democratically .

18 ) By the start 1901 ,Khawaja Salimullah Kashmiri (realised that Muslim world not only lag behind in education but revival of democratic process & involvement is must aswell .

19 ) Formation of Mohammedan provincial union :- Salimullah kashmir called upon the then Muslim leader & presided over a meeting of Muslim leaders from all over East Bengal in Northbrook Hall where a political front called Mohammedan Provincial Union was formed.

20 ) Then Muhammadan Educational Conference was held at Shahbag in Dhaka( kashmiris constructed shahbagh garden ) , in capital of the then East Bengal and Assam Province in the year 1906.

21) The conference was sponsored by Nawab Khwaja Salimullah Kashmiri . The conference was inaugurated on 27 December 1906 and continued till 29 December 1906 as Conference on Education.

7) According to Keay, John (2000). India: A History. Atlantic Monthly Press,Samiullah kashmiri spent 10 lac rupees and called Muslim upon every Muslim leader of that time at his Palace to join him on annual meeting of the All-India Muhammadan Educational Conference .More than 3000 leaders from Muslim leaders joined him .

8)The annual meeting of the All-India Muhammadan Educational Conference was held in Dhaka from 27 December until 30 December 1906.

9) Salimullah kashmiri ( KSK) presented a detailed scheme through politicle democratic rights of Muslim world can be revived and this is how he founded All India Muslim league .

B) The categorisation of hadith Into Sahi ,Sahi ligayriya ,Hassan ,Hassan ligayriya ,mashhoor ,aziz ,mawdhu based on systematic system of Mutasil,Adill of raawi ,Zabt of raawi,Shaaz ,Makhfi ul illat and rest is recent categorization in the science of hadith and certiantly it’s most sophisticated system ,full proof system in the entire history of academics but the basic rule which supersede them all is ” “”Matn of hadith should not contradict creed of Quran “

D) I am told ,That Abu bakr left the burial arrangements of prophet along with omer for three days ,so that he will take part in meeting of Banu saqeefa to become a Caliph – No way I will not accept this Persian story – Abu bakr was the person who preferred death over a single gaze of Prophet Muhammad sas ,how can he leave prophet Muhammad after his death –

” Don’t delay the burial of deceased “
I am told by exegesist of persia ,that Abu bakr and Umar delayed the burial for three days ,how is that possible ,that too in humid condition of madina.

Ohh sahaba ,”If there were to be a Prophet after me, it would be ‘Umar”

-D) Omer was the person ,who said ,on dooms day ,I will be asked if a goats leg gets struck in the broken plank of wooden bridge made in my era .
E) “”” Gentlemen ! I am told ,that prophet was about to write name of next Caliph ,he told Omer to fetch him pen and paper ( Qirtaas) but omer rejected his order ,may God forbid .
Signifying (,they allege) ,prophet would have written his will for next Caliph ,but omer did not let him do so . Astagfirullah

F) Prophet prophesied even minutest details till dooms – how he missed to name Mawla Ali to be next Caliph for 23 years –

G) Infact choosing Caliph is not job of Prophet sas rather it’s job of Shurah :
Quran says ” Amruhum Shura Baynahum” (42:38) Quran demands that even the head of an Islamic State be appointed through consultation; the system itself be based on consultation; everyone should have an equal right in consultation;
The state affairs ( Caliphate) is one of the most crucial affairs for which shura (consultation) is required in accordance to the Qur’an.

H) Also note that the verse 42:38 is not specifically addressing the Muslims in Mecca at the time of the prophet (pbuh). It is a general verse addressing all Muslims. Even today ,no clergy ,no leader ,no wali or no imam has right thrust leadership on Muslim it’s only shurah

4) Mawla Ali under the caliphate of Shaikhain :
A) Who was Ali – Ali was cousin of Prophet but he was bought up in the house of Rasoolullah sas after the death of father Abu talib ,he was like adopted son Prophet sas

B) He was person who accompanied his fatherly figure Rasoolullah in every war he fought ( exception is tabook as per their data )

C) He was the person ,to whom prophet bestowed his most beloved daughter Fatima .

  D) Are you suggesting me ,that brave solider of Rasool ul lah sas could have accepted 24 year old rule of Shaikhain & Uthuman – had it been rule of tyranny – Mawla would never had accepted it –
  Household of Prophet can’t accept wrong rulership .Mawla Ali accepted the decision of Shurah of Sahaba and served Muslim ummah under the pious caliphate of Abu bakr ,omer and Uthuman .

A) Can you imagen about a person

C) Once prophet was told by sahaba ,why you fold your legs and cover your thighs when you hear Usman is on his way to meet you ,he replied – ohh sahaba ,I have heard foot step of Uthuman in jannah .

D) False Accusations Against Uthman by Persian historian :
Now ,I am told by Persian scholar including Abu mikhnaf that Usman was not fair – he prefferred his own relative for adminstrator jobs rather than other .
May Allahs mercy on Abu Ala mawdudi ,he has copy pasted wholesale from this superstitious Persian fantasies in his book ” Khilaafat ya malookiyat ” which has inflicted and inspired modern day scholars like sulaiman Nadwi ,Moulana ishaaq jehlemi and now Engineer Ali Mirza , Hafizhummulah .

E) Don’t we feel shame ,a person whom Allah told ohh Uthuman I am pleased with you and prophet Muhammad said to him you are so pious even if I had more daughters ,I would have married them to you – and we are maligning same sahaba .

F) He was a multi millionaire of his time ,but he never recruited any security guard for him so as to secure himself from khawarijis .

6) Mawla Ali Alihimusalam :
Can we imam mawiya be compared with the status of Mawla Ali Alihimusalam – No way .

A) Ali is the person ,whose father & guardian was Rasoolullah after the death of Abu talib .

B) He was the first person to accept islam ( I can’t allege it’s nasibiyat of imam shibli but I can say it’s weird to say categories the first moomineen – )

C) Fidaaka Ya Ameer ul moomineen Ali :
Ali was the person ,for whom prophet coax to persuade him if he gets upset or sulk away for overburden family affairs – Prophet used to look for him – he used to ask sahabas have you seen my son Ali ,Once he found ali on the sleeping on dusty ground and called upon
” Ya Abaa Taraab “
Oh you father of dust
(May my parents be sacrificed be sacrificed for both Rasoolullah sas and Mawla Ali )

D) Now These nasibis are treading a new biddah ,on the day of qarbala ,they convene
” jalsa e Yazeed” on the same day of muharam when heart of Prophet Imam Hussain Alihimusalam was sacrifice – they add suffix Rahmatullah to yazid .on contrary their counter zakiries try to alleviate Mawla Ali to level of God .

7) Mother of Believers Aisha Alihimusalam :
(The most targeted Ahli-bayt by sabaiees )

A) Nikkah of Aisha was a divine command : Angel Gabriel came to Prophet Muhammad carrying a green silk cloth with her image on it and said “this is your wife in this world and in the hereafter”.

B) This was divine command ,that prophet married 19 year old Aisha – it was not mere co-incidence – it was part of divine plan – and we owe to this pious lady ,that she secured most of data relating to islam ( 2nd most)

C ) She was the lady ,who used to mend hair of our prophet ,groom his dailies with love ,and she had the previledge ,in whose lap prophet sas expired before brushing teeth with siwaak semi chewed by Aisha thus the last thing which prophet sas recieved was saliva of Aisha .

D) Now Sabaiees are telling me , giving me Persian fantasies to malign my mother even I don’t gather courage to narrate other wierd accusation .

8) Gentlemen ! target is not Yazeed, ,target is every sahaba starting from Abu- bakr.
Target is to replace Quran by fantasies of superstitious lineage system .

– when prophet told him ohh Abu bakr ,what you left back home – he replied ,Ya Rasoolullah  sas I left name of Allah and his Rasool back home
– Person ,who prefer stings of scorpion in
Garri e suorr ,over disturbing the sleep of prophets ,when he was in pain ,tears rolled out his eyes ,gazing the face of Rasoolullah was preferred by him over his death – when tear struck the face of Rasoolullah ,he said ohh
Abu bakr sideeq ,Abu bakr replied  (” qurbani leghnhez myoun mol ti mouj Ya Rasoolullah ” )
O Messenger of Allah! May my father and mother be sacrificed for you!”
– I am told ,That Abu bakr left the burial  arrangements  of prophet along with omer for three days ,so  that he will take part in meeting of Banu saqeefa to become a Caliph – No way I will not accept this Persian story – Abu bakr was the person who preferred death over a single gaze of Prophet Muhammad sas ,how can he leave  prophet Muhammad after his death –
– Prophet had already told them ohh sahaba
” Don’t delay the burial of deceased “
I am told by Tabari of persia  ,that Abu bakr and Umar delayed it for three days  ,how is that possible ,that too in humid condition of madina.

3)  Caliph Omer :
– He is the person ,whom prophet said
Ohh sahaba ,”If there were to be a Prophet after me, it would be ‘Umar”
– Ohh sahaba ” Devil  fear omer “
– During famine ,omer saw apple  in the hands of his hungry  son ,he ran after him  and said omer son cannot eat what my people can’t effort .
– Omer was the person ,who said ,on dooms day ,I will be asked about a goats shoes keg got strick in the broken plank of wooden bridge made in my era .
“””  Gentlemen ! I am told ,that prophet was about to write name of next Caliph ,he told Omer to fetch him pen and paper ( Qirtaas) but omer rejected his order ,may God forbid .
Signifying (,they allege) ,prophet would have written his will for next Caliph ,but omer did not let him do so . Astagfirullah
Prophet prophesied even minutest details till dooms – how he missed to name Mawla Ali to be next Caliph for 23 years –
– Infact choosing Caliph is not job of Prophet sas rather it’s job of Shurah  :
Quran says ”   Amruhum Shura Baynahum” (42:38) demands that even the head of an Islamic State be appointed through consultation; the system itself be based on consultation; everyone should have an equal right in consultation;
The state affairs ( Caliphate) is one of the most crucial affairs for which shura (consultation) is required in accordance to the Qur’an.

Also note that the verse 42:38 is not specifically addressing the Muslims in Mecca at the time of the prophet (pbuh). It is a general verse addressing all Muslims. Even today ,no clergy ,no leader ,no wali or no imam has right thrust leadership on Muslim .

4) Mawla Ali under  the caliphate of Shaikhain :
– Who was Ali – Ali was cousin of Prophet but he was bought up in the house of Rasoolullah sas after the death of father Abu talib ,he was like adopted son Prophet sas
– He was person who accompanied his fatherly figure Rasoolullah in every war he fought ( exception is tabook as per their data )

– He was the person ,to whom prophet bestowed his most  beloved daughter Fatima .
– He was father of Ainan of Prophet ( Hassan & Hussain)
– Are you  suggesting me ,that brave solider of Rasool ul lah  sas could have accepted 24 year old rule of Shaikhain & Uthuman – had it been rule of tyranny – Mawla solid never had accepted it – Household of Prophet can’t accept wrong rulership .Mawla Ali accepted the decision of Shurah of Sahaba and served Muslim ummah under the pious caliphate of Abu bakr ,omer and Uthuman .

– Caliphate is not meant for any tribe or caste ,islam came to destroy caste system ,any one can became ruler according to quran if shurah choose black slave of africa over Quresh of Arab – no one  has right to deny his right to rule .

– I have not seen any one in 23 countries of the Arab world with caste of Syed .  ” Syed ” was not even caste in entire history of  kashmir aswell – But now every one call himself to be Syed mutilating & replacing their  honoured caste  of baba ,safaid posh ,mallas and what not .Every human being has same progeny Adam & eve .Abu jahl was a Quresh & Bilal was african slave .

– Quran say :  Rasoolullah sas  said Arab had no superiority over non Arab ,white has no superiority over black and vice versa – The best among among you are those who are more God concious (serving the humanity irrespective of creed ,aborginality and colour)

5) Uthuman : ” Usman du Noorain”  – Alihimusalam
Can you imagen about a person
– Your daughter ( kids ) are part of you – like wise daughters of Prophet sas were blood flesh  of their father ,
– Prophet Muhammad sas gave  his two daughter in the nikkah of Uthuman – that is reason as owner of two lights( Du- Noorain )  of Rasoolullah .
– Once prophet was told  by sahaba ,why you fold your legs and cover your thighs when you hear Usman is on his way to meet you – ohh sahaba ,I have heard foot step of Uthuman in jannah .
-False Accusations Against Uthman by Persian  historian :
Now ,I am told by Persian scholar including Abu mikhnaf  that Usman was not fair – he prefferred his own relative for adminstrator jobs rather than other .
May Allahs mercy on Abu Ala mawdudi ,he has copy pasted wholesale this superstitious Persian witchcraft in his book ” Khilaafat ya malookiyat ” which has inflicted and  inspired modern day scholars like  sulaiman Nadwi ,Moulana ishaaq jehlemi and now Engineer Ali Mirza , Hafizhummulah .

– Don’t we feel shame ,a person whom Allah told ohh Uthuman I am pleased with you and prophet Muhammad said to him you are so pious even if I had more daughters ,I would have married them to you – and we are maligning same sahaba .

– He was a multi millionaire of his time  ,but he never recruited any security guard for him so as to secure himself from khawarijis .

6) Mawla Ali Alihimusalam :
Can imam mawiya be compared  with  the status of Mawla Ali Alihimusalam – No way .

– Ali is the person  ,whose father & guardian was Rasoolullah after the death of Abu talib .

– He was the first person to accept islam ( I can’t allege it’s  nasibiyat of imam shibli but I can say it’s weird  to say categories the first moomineen –  )

– Fidaaka Ya Ameer you moomineen Ali :
Ali was the person ,for whom prophet coax to persuade him if gets upset or sulk away for to overburden family affairs – Prophet used to look for him – he used to ask sahabas have you seen my son Ali ,Once he found ali on the sleeping on dusty ground and called upon
” Ya Abaa Taraab “
Oh you father of dust
(May my parents be sacrificed be sacrificed for both Rasoolullah sas and Mawla Ali )

– Now These nasibis are treading a new biddah ,on the day of qarbala ,they convene
” jalsa e Yazeed” on the same day of muhtaram when heart of Prophet Imam Hussain Alihimusalam was sacrifice – they add suffix Rahmatullah to yazid .on contrary their counter zakiries  try to alleviate Mawla Ali to level of God .

7) Mother of Believers Aisha Alihimusalam :
(The most targeted Ahli-bayt  by sabaiees )
–  Nikkah of Aisha was a divine command : Angel Gabriel came to Prophet Muhammad carrying a green silk cloth with her image on it and said “this is your wife in this world and in the hereafter”.

– This was divine command ,that prophet married 19 year old Aisha – it was not mere co-incidence – it was part of divine plan – and we owe to this pious lady ,that she secured most of data relating to islam ( 2nd most)

– She was the lady ,who used to mend hair of our prophet ,groom his dailies with love ,and she was the previledge lady ,on whose lap prophet sas expired before brushing  teeth with siwaak semi chewed  by Aisha thus the last thing which prophet sas recieved was saliva of Aisha .

Now Sabaiees are telling me , giving me Persian fantasies to malign my mother even I don’t gather courage to narrate then here .

8) Gentlemen ! target is not Yazeed, ,target is every sahaba starting from Abu- bakr.
Target is to replace Quran by fantasies of superstitious lineage   system .

9) Am I correct : No way , I can wrong aswell – if my narrative contradicts creed of Quran and then sahi Hadith .

Biscoe school was actually'” Hadow school “”

1) Rekha Wazir mam,actual name of of Tyndale Biscoe School was ” Hedow memorial school” (State archieves, educationol re-organisation committee ,1938 led by Zakir Hussain ,jamia Milia – New Dehli)

3) As I said earlier ,The majority of the population of thestate was illiterate. 4) Why dogras discouraged education of Muslim of Kashmir ?
According to Pandit Prem nath bazaz :”The awareness that they (Dogras) were Hindus and the over- whelming majority of the Kashmiris professed Islam, constantly made them apprehensive. They disliked the idea of making their subjects politically conscious and thought that imparting of education was only an effective way of awakening the people to their political and human rights.( Prem Nath Bazaz., Daughters of Vitasta, p. 215.).

5) Christian missionary schools :
The school was founded as Church Mission Society (CMS) School by JH Knowles in the premises of Missionary Hospital ( Chest Disease Hospital) in Durga-jan near Dalgate.
Because , Missionary were not allowed to hire a building in kashmir to establish modern educational schools .
( it’s Durga- Jan not drugjan ,a place where disciples of hindu diety were residing – Jann- Residence – we kashmiris have inherited wrong precedence of corrupting names – Walter kadal is wattal kadal and saif Ali masjid is “Ael-masjid ” for us )

6) Knowles started with just 5 pupil only why ?
“Punishment for acquiring modern education” : According to Robert Clark,1901,”The mission of Church mission society ” “”page 169 “”,when modern school were established in Srinagar ,”commencement of school was important an event as this was discussed in durbar ( dogra parliment ) ,and parents of the children’s studying school got domiciliary visit from the police ,they were told if their children went to school ( the parents ) would be banished to Gilgat ( Bovanjan begar) “

7) Kashmiri Muslim shawl merchant Offered his home for CMS :
Big shot ,politically vibrant Shawl merchant volunteered to offer his own building to be hired to establish first CMS school in Fateh kadal .He was not afraid of punishment .

8) Then It was in 1890 that the government permitted the CMS to shift the school to Fateh Kadal locality of the downtown where the number in the first year touched 200 mark,”

9) Mostly elite Pandit in Biscoe school :
According to Tyndale Biscoe, Kashmir in sunlight,pp.265 & 268 , “At first near all 250 boys receiving instruction from CMS school were Kashmiri Pandits. They were sons or grandsons of the officials who bullied and squeezed the Mohammedan peasants for years past, and their large houses in the city, with all the wealth, were a standing witness to their looting power, for the salary they received from state was quite insignificant

10) Elite Mullahs discouraging Muslim education : According to a study ,Reported by Zamindaar newspaper from Punjab ,Sep.1923 ,”Besides poverty, government policies ,reactionary clergy discouraged modern education among the muslim””.

11) In 1891-92 ,Tyndale Biscoe joined the school as the principal of CMS school Fateh kadal ,since CMS school were assisted financially by Hedow family ,C M.Hedow had established largest carpet of Asia in kashmir – so another haow family member , Major R.C. Hadow was established as treasurer’s of CMS schools – There were 5 CMS school in kashmir till 1938 .

12) In 1937-38, the CMS High School Fateh was shifted to Shiekh Bagh ,Srinagar .

13) Later in 1946, the school was finally named after Tyndale Biscoe.
